The floo-- er, never mind. It's just what we call transport via fireplace.

Oh, well, there are many routes into Narnia, and one of them would be through the back of an old applewood wardrobe.

[She takes his arm, fondly]

Is it some sort of Vanishing Cabinet, then? Er--

[He glances down at her dress, thoughtfully.]

Jealous, maybe. Nah, I'm taking you Diagon Alley--wizards can't afford to judge people based on clothing. It's either robes or else they're always going about wearing bloomers and kilts and sleeping caps from about a hundred years ago. You'll look really stylish and modern compared to them.

So if you can stand some admiring glances...

[Besides instant travel, that one's a given. How else will they get to Diagon Alley from his flat?]

Susan's also not remotely as nice as Lucy, for all that she's called the Gentle, but that's an entirely other matter.]
